These actors must stop being ignorant and desperate or even excited at the prospects of "Contract signing", and do their work on how the industry works etc. and negotiate better for themselves. No production Co is just going to hand-over better rates for actors etc., the actors must fight and be smart about it, and stop compromising themselves for publicity and fame without money!!!
