This is so informative, and overtly proves that Sarafina actually laid down the basis and foundation of the South African acting industry, as a stepping stone to authenticity and entertainment orientated actors, that shape almost every soapy, drama or any TV show we as the South Africans of this generation engage with every day. I mean the likes of Sindy Dlathu, Lelethi Khumalo, Dumisani Dlamini, John Khani ...etc.

Funny that Doja cat was conceived during the Sarafina overseas tour. Dumisani (aka Crocodile) must have charmed Dojas mom. No wonder he was a deadbeat dad. This is a typical celebrity short term or even one night stand heat of the moment relationships. Unfortunately if a child comes out they will not understand.

The way you downplayed so many of the actors' roles after Sarafina. Robert Whitehead went on to be the legendary Barker Haynes. Sindi Dlathu became the unmatched Lindiwe Dikana. And many more that you said very little about.
@GOODTiMEZ_AFRICA2 ай бұрын
I really wish I could've said more too about the actors, but there were a lot of characters that had to be included in this video and I couldn't stick too much on one actor. Hope you understand🙏
