The speaker has a polite voice, however his agenda is not known. It should be taken into consideration that foreign nationals in South Africa, white or black, European or Asian, has caused a pandemonium, tension, if not attended to, can lead to explosion. Central in the speaker's tone is the question, why do the foreign nationals coming to South Africa, some across the countries as far as Nigeria, some across the oceans. Seeking of greener pastures is the driving force. Do South African not deserve greener pastures? If the South African government was carrying, they could have placed South Africans in those skilled jobs. What is the department of education doing. Proportionally, South Africa boast of too great a number of university. Based on the number on the number of the South African universities, scarcity of rare skills should have been the plague of the past.
