When I was in Christian training, I was taught all about the Trinity. Looking back, I see what an absolute absurdity this teaching entails. It is with a certainty that I know the teaching of the Trinity hinges on the parable of the Rich man and Lazarus. They (incorrectly) taught that before Christ there was this mystical place in the middle of the earth that contained "Hell" and "Paradise". Before Christ ascended to heaven to "Prepare a place for you" there was no place for saints in heaven. According to Christian doctrine, when a person before Christ died they went to either paradise or hell which were both in the center of the earth and separated by a body of water IE The rich man and Lazarus, and that when Christ's body died on the cross he went down into paradise where he "Led captivity captive" and took all those that were in paradise or "Abrahams bosom" to heaven, then returned to his body where he was resurrected. WOW.. now that's a load of shit. This all hinges on one single parable (that I'm fairly certain originated in the Talmud which brings an entirely different dimension to what Christ was teaching them) How can anyone in their right mind justify the propagation of an absolute lie? Christianity has been doing it for centuries and if anyone tells the Truth (how Christ was actually dead) they holler heresy or division or point their fingers and say, "This is a dangerous teaching". I'm so ready for this Eon to come to a close so this type of Retardation of the truth never happens again. Thanks for causing so much Dissension MZ. You get it! Thats why I love you bro.🍎

Who raised the bar so high? Well, technically the bar wasn’t high to begin with. 2000 years ago Paul’s evangel wasn’t buried underneath hundreds of false orthodox doctrines. These false doctrines have “raised the bar.” Without them, millions would be in the Body of Christ. If Truth isn’t important, why aren’t Muslims in the Body? They believe that Jesus is Israel’s Messiah, and a great prophet. But they don’t believe in the Death, Entombment, and Resurrection. I don’t hate people who say this, I’m just as flawed as them, but suggesting that we don’t fellowship around the truth isn’t correct. How can we share the same expectation if we believe differently? I’m not claiming to know absolute truth, I pray that our Heavenly Father reveals more to me, and frees me from Satanic lies. Once God has revealed the truth to us, when we interact with the world we’re forced to make one of two choices. Diminish the truth so we can please men. Or proclaim the truth and be hated by man. Only those chosen are in the BOC, only they are given to believe truthful doctrines. Doctrines don't determine membership, being chosen determines doctrines.

@ Yes you’re correct Robert. I was speaking from the relative perspective there. Although members in the Body have been chosen by God, we don’t know who’s chosen and who isn’t until God calls them. That’s why Paul tells us to herald His evangel. From our perspective, if these demonic doctrines weren’t around deceiving people there’d be more believers. I know from my own experiences heralding to Christians that if Free Will & the Trinity weren’t blocking their eyes, the likelihood that they’d come into the truth would be higher. Ultimately God has orchestrated world history, so these demonic doctrines are here by His design with the purpose of disqualifying many from becoming believers. I keep this in mind while heralding, it’s not their fault for rejecting the truth. God hasn’t opened their eyes yet, so patience is required when heralding. Love, Grace, and Peace to you.

It seems to me that being careless and/or biased in translating the Greek scriptures that brings forth the twisted doctrines of eternal torment, free will and the trinity is what is adding to the gospel. We want to know God and why would being studious in this endeavour mean working for one's salvation? I was not content to just swallow what l was fed in various churches for 33 years anymore as God put it in me to rebel against these doctrines and seek to find out if they were actually scripturally accurate. How is that adding to the gospel and adding in my own works? If it was, what is the point of being like the Bereans?

Thx Martin. One factor that comes to mind regarding the trinitarian concept is that no one, (at least no one I've ever associated with in Christian circles) believes our Lord is the Father's creative original. Like the Father himself, He always existed and therefore like you stated, cannot die.

The problem with Gerry and all those who disagree with your "high bar" to membership in the BoC, is that he's not worried about the millions of people "you don't allow into the body", he's worried about the one... his deeply devout and multiple daily prayer giving brother. Just me I suppose, but it seems to me that anyone, including me, who uses words other than the Scripture to teach or otherwise voice his or her views on the Scripture is in the same boat. No one should, in my opinion, base understanding of God's TRUTH on those extra biblical words. They must check those words with the inspired Words found in the a trusted version of Scripture (CV is the one I use mostly). To do otherwise, to me, is to elevate human opinion to the equivalent of God's Word. I agree with a lot of MZ's teaching, but when I do not it is because I have read the same Scripture and it says something different to me. That will be worked out at the dais of Christ - where all out views will be adjusted to the truth.

So, all the believers in the province of Galatia were never saved because they believed differently, even though Paul called them all brothers. The Corinthians weren't saved because they had schisms even though God and Christ continued giving them grace and peace. Maybe they didn't know what was going in the Corinthians ecclesias? No one can be saved until they believe just like Brother Z. No one is sealed with the spirit of promise for the day of deliverance until they believe all theological matters just like Brother Z. So, when I originally, truly believed 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 in 1973 and was sealed with the spirit for the day of deliverance, somehow, my incredible powers unsealed me when I got mixed up on the beliefs of other churches I visited. Then, somehow, God re-sealed me once I came into the deeper truths. Okaaaaay.
