Honestly i kinda feel why people are confused about taeyong being a leader when they first get to know about nct, i mean you dont really feel his power watchig interviews, he is really modest, he dont say hi im nct's leader, he picture himself as member like the rest, but when you get to know him you will surely know that he is not only a cute, handsome guy who seems to be a lil awkward, he is incredibly kind and supportive towards other people, he has million new ideas while he is working and he is always ready to help, members can count on him anytime which is so sweet. Taeyong is so impressive and inspiring. Everyday I'm amazed by him. He did not have a background in music at all before joining SM at 18. He was not exposed to any music-related training at all before that. Exposure to anything during earlier age help a lot with one's skillset and ability to learn new things on top of a basic foundation. For someone with zero music / rap / dance / entertainment until 18, it is beyond impressive how far he has gone. He went from a "blank page" (a SM trainer called him this) to someone who not only excels during his parts but also guides and trains others.

yeah he deserves all of his titles and positions because actually taeyong is a genius, not a regular idol at all. as for line distribution: he is barely in the neo zone album and frankly he is a main rapper, like how can he not have lines. the best songs are when they let him do his thing and write or compose. it will be more fair in the end, just look at resonance, there are 4 title tracks and he's only in 1 (there are members who are part of 2 title tracks), so he was not being advantaged but it's just I think because he has such a great impact when he does his parts, that's why some people still think that he has many parts when it's not true. Seeing how important Taeyong in NCT makes us realize that is the pillar of NCT. Staffs are the one who said that TY as pillar of NCT and this is the reason. This video will surely cut your doubt for him as a great ARTIST. He learned to dance and rap from American rappers and stars when he was a child and his teenage ages, but it wasn't used as his focused hobby, though it was his daily hobby. He just didn't learn from the basics of these talents as he didn't think he would become an idol, he was self-taught in these talents before he got scouted from the company.

Have u noticed Taeyong normally records once only? Professionalism. Also, for someone who doesn't even know anything, literally a blank paper, and debuted in the age of 18 to become an ACE now is insane I would say. Taeyong just debuted 4 years back and I'm beyond proud of the fact he is now being looked up by Junior idols and getting praised left and right by industry professionals in all skills that he has. It's incredible and amazing. He is indeed an absolute ACE and of course PILLAR of NCT. Not forgetting the word which came out from the legend Taemin itself that Taeyong is the Master of Concept. I also love how Taeyong is so versatile being able to adapt by many functions or abilities. This consists of there work ethic, vocal switch up and ability to multi-task in complex situations. There are a few versatile rappers in the music industry and Taeyong could be named as one. SM really hit a massive Jackpot with Taeyong by baiting him with just a TOAST, lol. They better treat him like a KING as he is SM's rare diamond. Lastly, Get Well Soon Taeyong and come back stronger than before.

I swear Taeyong and Mark's rap lines in NCT's songs really contributes a lot as to how it sounds addictive and charismatic. These two are really one of a kind. Also, Mark still radiates a cool aura and charisma while just casually sitting in the studio after recording his part. Like Just WOW! Ty works so hard, gives so much and continues to give. When he reassured Sc when he was nervous, you can tell he really cares. Ty is such a great leader, and anyone who says otherwise clearly can't see how much he cares for the group. Yeah he makes mistakes, but he's only human. And it's definitely not easy being the leader of a freaking 23 member group, making sure that the members are connecting well with each other, that they don't feel worried or left out or otherwise burdened, and most of all, to ensure that the new kids fit in. And this boy did just that. In Resonance Pt. 1, he was totally watching over Shotaro like a parent would, and when it's Sungchan's turn, he's doing just the same. Even with Mark, he's still teaching him every part, with all the patience in the world. He's really an amazing leader, and he doesn't deserve the criticism he gets because some people don't consider him a good leader.

They kept taking him out to eat, talk about if he wants to join SM, etc. They soon began to bribe him with bread and he accepted. It's been an inside fandom joke ever since. There's also another one. When the SM staff came to scout Taeyong, they said that they were from one of the Big Three. Taeyong thought that the Big Three was KBS, SBS and MBC, which are the Big Three 'Broadcasting Stations.'
