Let’s see how to make Chicken Thoran| Kerala style Kozhi Thoran / Chicken Thoran recipe in Malayalam. Chicken Thoran is a variety recipe made with shredded Chicken seasoned with onions, coconut and a variety of spices/ masala chicken. It’s spicy and ambrosial. A great combination with Boiled Kerala rice, or even as a filling for chapathi wrap. This dish is incredibly delicious and a must have❤️
Ingredients (as shown in the video):
Chicken - 200g, boiled, shredded and bones discarded.
Ginger - 1 inch, julienned
Garlic -7-8 julienned
Onion - 2-3
Green chillies - 2-3
Shallots- 5-6
Coconut grated
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp, crushed
Salt
Red chilli powder -1-1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder -1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp or a pinch
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Oil
