Ingredients
Chicken -500gm
Shallots-30
or
Big onion-1
Crushed Chilli-3tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp
Green Chilli-5
Curry leaves-
Coconut Oil
Grated Coconut-2tbsp
Salt-
Turmeric Powder
For cooking chicken
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
Green chilli-1
Salt-
Coconut Oil-1tsp
Method
Wash d drain chicken pieces.
Take a cooker and chicken pieces along with things mentioned .
Cook for 1 whistle in medium flame .
When cooked open and cook till all the water in the chicken goes .
Keep aside.
Now take kadai
Heat coconut oil
Add curryleaves followed by crushed onion and salt.
Saute for 2 minutes .
Then add crushed chilli flakes and saute .
Then add kashmiri chilli powder and turmeric powder , saute .
When 1/2th done add coconut and roast .
Now add chicken and mix well..
Add pepper powder and more curryleaves and oil.
saute till nice aroma comes .
Check the taste
Finally add green chilli slices ..
More curryleaves d coconut oil
Close for 10 minutes and then serve
So tasty easy Chicken thoran is ready .
