I make it in US. My recipe is almost the same except I don’t use കടുക് but add little bit of vinegar. I also cut the onion very thin in my Breville food processor. When I make it I make about 15 eggs. Egg is the cheapest food in US. I have been eating at least two eggs every day for the last 57 years. I did a nuclear stress test this week and doctor told me that I don’t have any blockage.

You can add the salt earlier to make the onions brown easier and easier..
