Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Tender Jackfruit-1
Grated Coconut-2cups
Small onion-2
Green chilli-6
Curry leaves -
Salt-
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Coconut oil-
Water-1cup
Dry red chilli-3
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Urad dal-1/4tsp
Cut jackfruit into small pieces and remove the thorn ..
Then put it in the cooker, add all powders and water, cook for 1whistle in medium flame.
When cooked remove from the cooker and crush them ..
Crush small onions, green chilli and curry leaves and add this to the coconut.
To that add salt and turmeric powder too .. mix well ..Keep aside.
Heat oil and splutter dry red chilli, mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
Then add crushed jackfruit.
Mix well..
Then add coconut mixture and mix well..
Then close the kadai for 10 minutes in medium flame ..
Then open the kadai and sprinkle coconut oil and curry leaves..
