I met sir at my college for the first time and felt he is like a real super cop. Then while cycling on OMR chennai I met him with his training cadets and other peers. He was having tender coconut on the side of the road. I saw his side arm and understood he is Silendra Babu sir. I went near him told that I am also into cycling and he was advanced even then. He guided me and inspired me to take up cycling. Now I am in USA and I bike regularly. Sir encouraged me almost 10 years back… still motivates me to cycle everyday. In India my longest distance was between Bangalore and Vellore. All thanks for sir 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I studied B.Sc. Computer Science in Sri Chandrasekharendra Viswa Maha Vidhyalaya college in Pammal. This great man was a chief guest in 2002 college function. I got a shield from the sir for scoring first mark in a particular subject. That moment I can cherish throughout my life, but the sad part is that i dont have the photo of that event.
