Dear Nolangroup, I recently purchase a Nolan N87 plus (same colour as this video) along with the N-Com B902L R. However the battery pack does not line up with the edge gasket and so is completely useless. What happened here as I have an older N87 and n-com kit which works well, but needs replacing as it is getting a bit old.

​@@nolangroup I have the same issue with Nolan N87 Classic N-COM • 3 and N-COM B901R which makes recharging and updating very difficult. The other request implies the control unit's film cable. After mishandling the helmet, the control panel was dislocated. I managed to reconnect it but, as a result, the N-COM is unusable, but viewable through USB. Is the N-COM B901 R's control panel separately available for purchase?
