The law requires that the person must be mentally comptent and not under duress ( forced or treatned) at the time the Will or Living Trust (Yekum Nuzaze) is written. NOT legal advice 😊
I think as long as neither of the Power of Attorney (wuklina) is not Full wuklina, there is no conflict. For example, you can give wuklina for your house to one person and have another person have wuklina for your car. Not legal advise.😊
Logically thinking, absolutely Yes. The parents are two separate "persons". Both have their own share in the marriage and have the right to divide it into their kids as they wish. NOT legal advise 😊
Thank you! By the way is there a difference between "ye kum Nuzaze" and " ye kum sitota". I need help , i have a kim nuzaze through wul and masreja.

I think Ye kum Nuzaze is similar to Revokable Living Trust and can be changed by the person who has given the Trust, unlike Ye Kum Setota, which is similar to Irivokable Trust and can't be revoked. That's my take. Don't take it as legal advice.
