Uhh unfortunately I heard stories like that. I don't know about FNC but druring "How R U today" the N.Flying members decided on their own that to look good for the "sexy concept" they would all lose 5-6kg. Which was ridiculous, considering that they were all very thin already. Thankfully, they haven't done that since. Hweseung used to be very overweight as a teenager, he used to be about 115 kg and he lost a lot of it on his own (with the unhealthy diet of not eating anything), later in the army, and then once he entered the company they also made him drop some weight, but now he looks healthy and hopefully doesn't feel like he needs to lose more weight.

@@savyguitar2.04 Yeah.. Korean beauty standard is taking a whole 'nother level, sometimes to the point I can't totally relate 😑. I wish idol companies could provide better access to credible dietitian/doctor to assist their artists if they wanna do dieting or just maintaining ideal weight. I think nutrition education is worth the investment coz health is really important to support their performance. Anyway, sorry if this chats are getting out of topic 😅
