Sch1n89 Well the ingredients are easy: water, salt and rye flour. How to make it... that's more difficult. You can see the recipe for example here: tofufortwo.net/2009/06/08/finnish-rye-bread-2/ You only have to make the starter once (you can do it without the bread, too) and when you start baking just take some of it and for example freeze or dry it for the next time. It gets better every time you use it.
