Cool! I was wondering why mine always had a yellow tint, while everyone else's were so perfectly white. I was starting to wonder if they were using different flour. But your are just like mine

she said baking soda, but i think she meant baking ash, with some water. other youtubers state that it's not needed since the purpose of it is to neutralize the acidity of the dough, which is not much with her dough proofing technique.
