Oh yeah! Actually I was watching this video right now. Anyway, it's good news to a lot of American including you, Kyou. Though I don't really think all the Americans are same to him. There're ppl see that way because of low literacy. By the way, I just subscribed to your channel. Coz I love your character. Looking forward for next video.
Americans speak English when they go abroad. When I was a child, I was once asked directions by an American soldier at a base. When I answered, he could not communicate in Japanese. At my perplexity, he said the name of the place I wanted to go, but he was out of the way and I could not explain it to him. He huffed and started the car. He never got out of the car. This was back when there was no GPS. Later, I worked with a black man of African descent. He spoke fluent Japanese and always had a smile on his face. Arrogant people are unacceptable.
It took long time to arrest him. In the meanwhile, I guess how many Japanese get irritated directly to be said bad words or indirectly hearing it in news. I hope there is no longer a person who does such bad behavior. This is the reason I’m strongly concerned about less action by Japanese police than we expect. Luckily I live in a place where is no issues by bad foreigners though.

🇺🇸It's a story in American society that if a stray dog enters your garden, it's OK to shoot it. 🇨🇳In China, people put bars on their windows and fortify their homes like prisons. and kill the dog.Rich people bribe officials and get acquitted, while poor people get convicted. 🇯🇵In Japan, the extermination of stray dogs is left to the police and security companies. It's a very American idea to go down from your balcony into your garden and bark at stray dogs.🤣
What happened to him after he was caught in Osaka? If you have any information after that, please let me know. If it were me, I would call the police immediately.
