జీవితంలో విజయం అనేది మన నిర్ణయాల పైనే ఆధార పడి ఉంటుంది. కాలేజీ నుంచి సస్పెండ్ అవ్వటం లేక బ్రేకప్ అవ్వడం ఇలాంటి విషయాలు తరుచుగా కాలేజీ స్టూడెంట్స్ కి జరిగేవే. కానీ మనకు ఎదురైన ఫెయిల్యూర్స్ ని మనం ఎలా అర్ధం చేసుకుని వాటి తగట్టు ఎలాంటి నిర్ణయాల తీసుకుంటాం అన్న విషయం పైనే జీవితం ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. మణికంఠ కూడా తాను లైఫ్ లో ఇలాంటి ఫెయిల్యూర్స్ చూసారు కానీ తాను సస్పెండ్ అయిన ఒక సంవ్సతరంలో నే 8 కోట్ల టర్నోవర్ చెయ్యగల బిజినెస్ పెట్టారు. తన మొదటి startup మూత పడినప్పుడు ఒక అడుగు ముందుకు వేసి ఇంకొక బిజినెస్ స్టార్ట్ చేసారు. ఇలా ఎన్నోసార్లు తాను ఎదురుకున్న ఒడిదుడుకులను దాటి విజయాన్ని సాధించారు. తన కథని తన జోష్ talk ద్వారా మనతో పంచుకున్నారు
Life is all about choices we make. This is also evident in business. Successful business or entrepreneurial journey doesn't mean just running behind money it also includes the relationships you build and the vision you have about your customers and business. The success story of Racharla Manikanta is a true example to prove that the value you give to your decisions and employees builds your business.
Racharla Manikanta was a normal student like everyone until he faced his break up with his girlfriend. After his unsuccessful relationship he went to Russia for an internship, he fell in love for the second time. This time it was business that stole his heart. He was suspended from college due to a lack of attendance. While he was sitting back at home, he decided to do something big to make his own self-employment. He made a turn over of 8 crores in one and a half years. later he was forced to close his first company as the parent company which issued license has withdrawn its operations from India.From a B.tech Dropout to businessman.
It was the pain point of his customers who lost their revenue due to the closure of his business motivated him to start a new venture. He used his network from the first business and also turned the infrastructure into a commerce style platform which enables the retailers to reduce loss over unsold stock. He came up with a startup idea that he can enable retailers to have a digital inventory and order only the stock which sells. He made huge success through this business which is named shoptap.
