I'd like to say many thanks for this pretty informative and helpful video, it's full of valuable information and pieces of advice relating to English degree studies. I take your point that a considerable focus should be on writing skil because it's the cornerstone of everything you perform throughout your degree ( writing essays, assignments, answering exam questions, and many other tasks. ). However, we should simultaneously pay close attention to speaking skills in order to be able to speak fluently and express ourselves with all confidence and ease. The way I see things, it's no value to get your license and you are not able to say two or three correct and meaningful sentences in English. Finally I really appreciate all efforts you've made introducing this topic to us with that strong and excellent English accent which hasn't been affected by regional variation of Moroccan dialect. Keep it up.

Thank you so much, it was a fruitful video, I am a second year student at the university; However, I passed all the modules last year, but still afraid. I have no problem with Grammar, Pronunciation, writing and so on. But my biggest problem is VOCABULARY. I try as much as I can to memorize new words and read books, but I find it very challenging to understand and pass comprehension modules. Could you please give me a piece of advice. Thank you 🙏

We use it with friends and relatives but hey or hy we use it when writing essays. cover letters to apply for jobs or emails and letters at work. If u don't mind I can give u list which will help u to recognize the formal and informal ways of saying the same thing.
