Way too many bikers drive fast on the straights (that‘s really difficult 🙄), slow in the curves (NOT difficult) and then they pull out their secret weapon to show how good they are riding a bike: They do a wheelie 🫣🙄 And don’t get me wrong, I do love riding my motorcycle but I‘m not that stupid as many of the bikers who can be seen on this or other tracks during TF…

Man, as a Canadian racing driver, it sucks watching people nearly crash and definitely eventually crash cars that cost many hundreds of thousands of dollars. Pay a racing driver or get some coaching. It's the Nordschleife. This isn't an easy, forgiving race track, this is a green hell and it should be respected.

You're a 🤡 It's literally called Touristen Fahrten. Which basically means a tourist drive/trip. Its MEANT for the every day guy to take his/her car onto the track. When there are real racing events being held it's obviously gonna be closed for tourists. You go stay at your crappy North American tracks.

Why are there so many people who love cars and drive on circuits, but don't understand the limits, characteristics, and behavior of their cars? I think people who go fast on normal tires are out of the question even on a circuit.

Absolutely nothing wrong tracking road tyres (as long as good quality performance tyres). They can be safer as you get better warnings of limits before let go vs circuit which grip better can give higher limits however far more “on/off” feel & nature of grip so when they do let go far worse consequences than a high performance treaded road tyre which any decent driver should feel the limits and be able to play close to. Any one who can’t understand road tyre feel at limits and be able to mess at limits should not behind the wheel
