that Civic at 11:45 is why we have mandatory driving lessons on a skid pad in Norway, and even learned to brake without ABS, so you don't just lock up and go straight ahead, it saved my ass driving an old Buick on ice, even with studded tires I wasn't able to stop, but pumping the brakes instead of locking them stopped me faster, and I was able to turn and avoid hitting the car that had come to a stop. hah! and at 15:55 that's a prime example of what happens when you lower a E30 too much, when the rear wheels as.. well... some Norwegians used to say "spread the rear wheels like a prostitute" :P But basically it has the rear driveshafts at an angle instead of going straight, which can cause some issues, and the car no longer lets you know when it's about to let go, and suddenly you find yourself racing against the rear end of your car and which end should be going forward first, it's often why you can spot guys in lowered BMWs losing control. (It's why quite often the fastest guys in an E30 almost look as they haven't lowered their car.)

Another great video on why not to go try this track. These weekend drivers have no idea what to do when the car skids. We don't always do em in the real world because you might be backing into oncoming traffic or a ditch, or a parked car, but none of that is a factor here.
