Nürburgring Technical Defect, ACTION, Highlights Touristenfahrten Nordschleife

MOIN LEUTE,
Back once again with a brand new Touristenfahrten (Public driving) video from the Nurburgring Nordschleife, this time with one of the best saves I have ever filmed on the track (props to the driver!) He lost one of his wheels and still managed to keep it out of the barriers. Apart from that the usual action and crazy drivers going off-road and some epic battles. Indeed, any Tesla with an aerocap will look 5X better if you remove them, just put them on for road trips, on a daily basis absolutely no point especially at lower speeds.

I raced a Dual Motor on a German county side road and by the time he stopped at a tragic light next to me his brakes where bright red / smoking. I was sitting in a 4 Zylinder 1.8 liter Italian car and he lost with his expensive high "performance " Toy

The Merc at 6:54 probably used too short bolts. It frequently happens when drivers dont inform well which bolts to use for their rims, so the bolt is just a few pitches in. You can see clearly that the rim was just disconnected cleanly. Such cars deserve a more skilled owner.

Most likely he’s got loose wheel nuts and the studs eventually snap under the loads as the wheel moves around. If this is the case the driver should have felt vibrations and weird handling BEFORE it snapped.

The wheel coming of on the mercedes is bugging me. The first time it passes you see the right wheel making a tone of smoke. Must be rubbing etc, and when the left one comes off, there's literally no indication. If they were loose, surely there would be shaking. I worked on a E63 AMG, and the torque spec was 150nm

The fun in touristenfahrten is a bit gone nowadays ... to many literal race cars on the track. There should be something like under 300hp days or so. Then there would be more variety on the track again. Literal busses and all that shit that used to drive there. But it gotten to dangerous and you will be pushed all the way around by 600hp+ cars.
