I'm always a Malaysian first mentality. Not everything has to tied to race, it's not just about race. :) It's about the country that you want to bring up and improve together. As much as you would like to do very revolutionary thoughts/speech/action in Malaysia, I would suggest you to just read the rukun negara. It has everything you need to support multiracial society and tolerance among culture/religion. Respect all the speaker in this episode.

@@teng2175 an eye for an eye, when does it stop. If being racist is the only thing that you resort to, then you're losing the real focus of your whole life. There's always solution out there. Don't pretend TAR is not Chinese dominated, don't ignore many have to feed their home then leave education aside(regardless race/society you're from). Once again, being racist is a choice. If you made that choice, then I have no means to tell you not to. At least, I'm won't resort into being "everything is racist"

I also would like to have that mentality whereby it is the ideal scenario and all.. but reality is not like that la bro... I'm not sure how old are you or you are the by the book type. Chinese people say, even if you don't go and eat other people does t mean other people won't eat you....

@WEI of the DRAGON if you keep thinking someone wants to eat your cake first then you always think you're on the losing end. As the video mention, victim thoughts. Like this, I'm 32 and one child. Would you still think I am young and naive, probably you will still think I am(by resorting into another stereotypes to ease your own feeling). No offence, by all means not here to challenge nor change your mind. There's a Chinese saying 格局要大, then your heart only will be bigger space to put others in. Madani Malaysia.

@@JrEggProduction too simple.... Despite what had happened to the Chinese community throughout Malaysian history some still have such ideal thoughts...Hmm...

@@ELGtheMAN respect your thoughts and like I say I am not here to change your mind. Whatever happened, let it be in the past. We don’t deserve to carry it. What’s important is the future generation.
Respect is the most important. Respect must include all, and the most important is religion and personal life, no matter if you call yourself chinese or Malaysian. No Respect = Zero Politics let political people settle it. we, as the citizens of 🇲🇾 Malaysia, put ourselves in love with the country no matter how .. Rukun Negara • Kepercayaan Kepada Tuhan • Kesetiaan Kepada Raja dan Negara • Keluhuran Perlembagaan • Kedaulatan Undang-undang • Kesopanan dan Kesusilaan
I agree that fundamental/foundation is built but their environment. If everyone can open their eyes to view others as Malaysian, irrespective of ethnicity/religion; to be given equal opportunities and rights as a Malaysian.

Mahathir was in London last week, giving a speech on why Malays should be better than the Chinese and they should no longer let Chinese "keep their wealth". From a Western perspective, he's trying to incite a race war. It's the same tactics they use here. Whites vs Brown/Black to gain votes. Funnily enough, China is Malaysia's biggest investor. Edit: he also talked about how Malays are prioritized in getting loans, mortgage and opportunity. I wonder what the Chinese students that were there were thinking at that time.
Rishi Sunak is the first Indian-ethic Prime Minister to Britain. He is English educated but practiced Hinduism, we Malaysian Chinese can do so.

Very good topic and argument. Personally, if everybody especially the Non Malays be able to sing and understand the lyrics in Negaraku and Rukunegara, and also all Malaysians can speak fluent Malay, sing lagu patriotik in Malay, no matter what school you are in, a must to master BM especially speaking and given the chance to learn and be taught other Malaysians' etnic group's lingo in school, I have the confidence that all these selfish calls to abolish Chinese and Tamil's primary school in our education system would not have exist. Proper BM is such an easy language to learn and speak. Just emphasize more fun speaking proper Malay in our nons primary school. We should try to do that by just speaking more proper Malay . Is just my opinion.

Have a fluent in malay is very important but when you just want to abolish the Chinese school and Tamil school ,so sekolah agama also should be abolished. If not , many people will say unfair😢. Many non malay people don't want to challenge the malay place ,but want a more fairer environment only.

@@shallwe033 Yes, they saw only Chinese and Tamil school and what about the agama school which are 100% Melayu who never mingle other ethnic groups at all.
