美国最好居住城市莫过于湾区矽谷,无论天气,环境,医疗,教育,忒别是吃,工作都一流的非常好,就是因为好所以忒别贵,来的人不是学历厉害高就是带著大把钱过来的,好学区好房子加价1M比比皆是, 但是只要离开湾区1-2小时的房子,平均价位也就是50-80万之间,这里没有蚊子,从三藩市一直到南边San Jose 再到东湾Fremont,都是高科技重地,现在邻接的Hayward Hill 也在建小房子。 价格要便宜一半。

I like to have ocean access so I can keep eating the wild fish from the ocean that's so healthy. Sadly FL does not have too many Chinese and tech. Also, TX HAS A BIG PROBLEM - property tax is like 2x of what CA OR FL = both about 1.3% vs TX is 2.5% to 3%, so every yr u pay ALOT on prop tax and GAS/UTIL/WATER FEES. CA also has huge problems like Earthquake, FIRE, only 1 PG&E gas-electric co. MONOPOLIZE means they can jack up the price & Union workers are lazy or take too long to rebuild or change or almost never change PG&E even it kills many victims/burns many houses from every yr wildfires, etc. And also CA has crazy evilly + stupidly dirty corrupted Dem politicians make RENT CONTROL LAWS so u cannot up rent or evict undesired tenants... so every state has its own cons and pros, nothing is perfect.

FL IS MUCH CHEAPER like buy a cheap house under $120k, the same cheap price in many TX METRO CITIES - but need work, it's ok! CA is only good for tech jobs and best weather or tourist/etc a few pros. IF FL HAS MORE TECH then it's a paradise: u get the tech boom jobs, u get the OCEAN AND EAT TONS OF FISH FROM THE WILD OCEAN THAT PROLONG YOUR LIFE like Japanese = the fish u buy/eat from the fish market or restaurant is NOT from wild mostly. And the ocean cools off the temp. OCEAN IS SO IMPORTANT that ~75% of the earth is water and there's plenty of fish is the ocean and good for tourists and u can buy $1-2M ocean-front house in FL daily with your sexy wife watch ocean has great view and eat wild fish from the ocean, it's a paradise no wonder the rich retirees love to move in and die there, the cheap paradise as good as in Hawaii. 休斯敦更接近墨西哥湾而奥斯丁是内陆。夏天都热,但休斯敦感觉更热一点因为湿气大一些.

@2020 I believe so. I think Houston/DFW/Austin are VG. Houston luckily about 30-45min to OCEAN (inner bay fish is still healthy to eat=La Porte/Trinity river?!). So I'll visit Houston to find out. 2 very down sides of invest R.E. in TX are: 1) TX has tons of LAND, so they can keep on build more housing to meet its demand thus HOUSING IN TX WILL NOT GO UP fast/much. TX WILL BE A GOOD AREA FOR MID CLASS or lower skill workers with min wage so slow, it is GOOD/BEST for EMPLOYERS/business to open biz + hire ppl give ppl tons of jobs THERE - in other words, IF TX CANNOT MAKE IT A)HOUSING/LIVING STANDARD SHOULD BE AFFORDABLE OR CHEAP, then almost no other states CAN MAKE IT; another word or affordable is CHEAP, housing/living standard SHOULD BE CHEAP enough for low skill/mid class to survive unlike high tech BAY AREA OF CA or Seattle, WA or NYC metro. SO DO NOT EXPECT TX HOUSING WILL GO UP 20% EVERY YR = any one buy a house claim their house goes up 30% LAST YR then brag about it are stupid to believe R.E.
