Neutral ideally should be 0 but practically have some stray voltage like .3v. When circuit is open we will not get shock but circuit is closed there will be definitely current flow through neutral and we must get shock

ചേട്ടാ ഒരു സംശയം... general question ആണ് ഒരു closed path ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ current flow ഉണ്ടാകുന്നുള്ളൂ എന്നു ഉണ്ടാലോ.... എന്റെ question ഇതാണ് ഒരു കല്യാണത്തിന് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പന്തൽ wrk നു temporary ആയി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന generators അതു ഒരു plastic wheel നു മുകളിൽ ആണ് ഇരിക്കുന്നത് earth ആയിട്ടു ഒരു connetion ഇല്ല പക്ഷെ ആ generator ൽ നിന്നും output വരുന്ന 230v phase wire ൽ മാത്രം തൊട്ടാൽ current അടിക്കുന്നു.... കാരണം എന്താണ്
