@@nvx7740 It was stated that Ahyeon cannot debut with BABYMONSTER because of health but also confirmed that Ahyeon is still a part of BABYMONSTER and if she decides to return then she will be added back to the line-up. That is the issue because it is not stated what kind of medical reason that she is not debuting. She has disappeared for almost three to four months from any of the BABYMONSTER socials. I mean honestly it could be because of mental health issues. She received a lot of hate for the "n" word incident and there was quite a few people trying to cancel her. I would think that this is difficult for a 16 year old to handle so stepping back would be the smart choice. Some people think that it is vocal strain but if it was that then she wouldn't have disappeared from BABYMONSTER socials.

Baby Monster fans already know months ago that Ahyeon is a no show. She was missing from Blackpink finale concert and also missing from any dance challenge shorts for months already. So it was great news to know she is still part of Baby Monster and needs time to rest and recover. She will be back but I suspect more as a rapper with mid range vocals. I think she has badly hurt her higher range vocals.

You don't *know* anything until it's been announced. Obviously there was speculation but that's not the same thing as knowing something. Also perhaps it's just me being cynical but I don't believe that she's still joining and again I won't until it actually happens. As much as I want to be wrong it doesn't feel likely to me.

Honestly, Ahyeon should be a solo artist. I have felt that from the beginning and it's one of the things the OG YG artists thought too. I think this is best for everyone, especially Ahyeon.
