Being the one who first proposed this over 20 yrs. ago I've lost faith in politics. Approx. 12 yrs. ago a preferred route was chosen which seemed to be acceptable & planning was supposed to be stifled within a certain distance on each side of that route, nothing much has changed but now we'll have another long wait & I'll be over 80, maybe dead and never get to drive on something i started.
