I live overseas, these are cheap houses.. the person from Vancouver, those your expensive 2 bedroom apartments going for 800k to 1.2 m dollars wooden houses, are they better? I bought a 3 bedroom condo In Toronto for 1,3m dollars and still have to work on it to my taste.. I live in Las Vegas.. the only problem is the how far this properties are to schools, supermarkets and parks.. just for holidays.. max a month, gone, rest away from work but iam considering buying in Uyo.. seems to have refreshing atmosphere..
