@003tyreek The cheats come with the ROM...all you have to do is go to the cheat menu while playing the game and activate them...texture packs are updated and/or changed graphical textures that improve the sharpness, pixels, and quality of the 3D environments...like the cartoon graphics you saw with Super Mario 64, and I havn't seen anything for 007 but I can conferm a good looking texture pack for Zelda OOT

@HUYI1 Yes sir...put the texture pack in the .n64oid folder under hires-texture folder...same name as ROM...make sure you uninstall the app...re-install it and it should work...lemmy know if it works for you

@SuupaaGohan2 The app is pulling the textures from the pack directly from the .n64oid file to run the game so if you didn't separate the actual texture files from within the sub-folder they're placed in if you just unzip and rename...then it goes black because the game won't look 2 folders deep to get the textures...and theirfore won't run with the game...had you already done this?

try root explorer or doing it on your PC...I'm not sure about androzip but another option would be to long press on the file and see if that app has an "extract to" option....if not then I know Root Explorer does

@TacoNyanCat You should have a program on your computer like Winzip or something like that...you should be able to download it from the internet for free if you don't

I'm getting a black screen error when I try to load Ocarina of Time with a texture pack (when I turn off the 'use textures' option, it works normally). I've got Djipi's pack, unzipped, everything is renamed properly, the game just doesn't load when I tell it to use textures. Any clue what the problem might be? Samsung Infuse 4G.

Yeah on the file explorer androzip, apparently it is the only one which can unzip 7z files. I tried renaming the file but it always fails to unzip.

Im having trouble unzipping a z7 or maybe (7z i dont know). I got androzip but it seems unable to do it. Im trying to use the hd community texture pack from emutalk. Any advice?

hmm, i didn't know you could put textures on n64oid? so you just put the texture packs on your phone and rename it the same as your rom?

how do you put the cheats in again?? its complicated and what do textures mean?? do you have any cheats for zelda ocarina of time or 007 the world is not enough??

are you trying to unzip the file on your phone via a file explorer or on your PC?....you might have to just rename the file extention to .zip unzip that way and then place the files in the root of the /sdcard/.n64oid/hires_texture folder...let me know if this helps at all sorry for the late response.
