I tried it came out to perfect. But the problem was that I don't had that pan. I had non stick pan so what i did is first I cooked it in pan and then the upper side directly on the fire. So you can try this if you don't have that pan. Give this recipe a try you'll love it.

नमस्ते भरत भाई मैंने नान बनाए बहुत बढ़िया बने दो तीन लोइयां बच गई थी तो मैंने उनके तंदूरी आलू पराठा बना लिए बने तो सही थे लेकिन परफेक्ट नहीं बने आप तवे पे तंदूरी पराठा की रेसिपी दिखायो कभी, धन्यवाद भाई हम मर्दों को भी आपने लॉकडाउन में बढ़िया कुक बना दिया अब अपनी बीवी से ज्यादा बढ़िया खाना हम बना लेते हैं।

The maida used is 4 cups ie; approx 500gms in weight. And 8 pedas were made . Each weighed 105 grams so total 840 grams in weight. I think 2 cups maida mentioned in the chefs post is incorrect. The quantity of milk and dahi mentioned is suitable for 4 cups of maida not 2. I made the naans and they turned out really well❤
