Thank you for sharing this but may I ask a honest question here? I am presuming that the reason behind this intention of a food business is that of Annam Dhanam. Why not share our food and donate free of charge as a charity without any expectations to those in need? End of the day a business is a business the main aim is to make profits. I think if one wants to dispel bad karma it can start with simple sincere intentions to be kind and more giving to those in need. Anna Dhanam is the best kind of Dhanam or donation in Hinduism, personally I am not sure about running a restaurant which may have a possibility of running into losses
