thanks for this reading, I'm a recovering alcoholic and a recovering drugs addict and a recovering crime addict, I did the NA and AA programmes at HMP littleness in England, I'm clean, from 10th,09,2008,now I am outside in my country Jamaica, living what I was thought, and carrying the message of recovery. it's difficult sometimes, because I am on my own and majority of Jamaican aren't educated addiction and addicts, I will make a break through one day, I won't give up, because, NA and AA is my strength and guide.

thanks for the acknowledgement, character assets over character defects, it's an inside job ,one day at a time, one step at a time, steps 1 to 6 gave me the courage I needed to go on, keep the faith and fellowship with like minded people, beware of complacency, thanks.

James Devine I know it feels shitty man, I spent 6 months relapsing and feeling ashamed and discouraged after coming back into the rooms this summer. I had 6 years before I went out on a 4 year run and the only thing I did right was i kept coming back. Even before I was able to not use no matter what, I promised myself I’d keep coming back no matter what because I KNOW this works. I have 35 days now and I feel so so SO much better. And I still feel like shit compared to how ill feel another month from now I bet. 30, 60, 90 are by far the hardest key tags to get so don’t get discouraged about how hard it is. It’s fucking hard but if you go to as many meetings as you can, and find which ones nourish you and start calling people, things will change for you and it’ll be so much easier. I swear to you you’ll get it if you keep coming back. Let me know if you want my number man you can call me 24/7 I’m serious. I’m glad you’re here bro, and it’s fucking awesome you’re looking up videos like this.

@@haramsbae1507 wrong answer! You must be confused. Let me guess you identify as an Anda and think that is ok? Please come to my home group and watch how you get shut down. Don’t worry after the meeting people will explain to you how we don’t share a mixed message and hey if that is who or how you truly feel you should identify then the the liquid fellowship will gladly welcome you. Nope no the won’t because someone there with long term or short term good recovery will remind of their singleness of purpose. If you are an Anda and that is what you stand for then for then at least respect the house your in. 🤡

Im not sure what my clean time is, ive been sober for almost three years from alcohol, and the effects of not taking kratom are basically debilitating. I was pretty much forced off of kratom, dispite that it was a helpful supplement. I had just started a college class after achieving a sense of stability. Now I cant get out of bed, I'm lucky if i brush my teeth and wash my face and i have absolutely no motivation to go on but have attempted suicide so many times that I've even given up on suicide. I keep thinking that if i stay sober that it'll get better, that my brain will even out and I'll start producing dopamine in my brain again. I dont plan on staying off of kratom but I'm giving it six months, if it doesnt ruin my life in the meantime. Please, responses from experienced addicts only. Thanks
