@@pinkcadilack :) thank you for your comments I do get all pepped up from time to time and run to the kitchen to prepare but most of the time even after following all the steps the final result is so bad that I lose hope it drains a lot of energy off me with all the elaborate preparations that's the problem with indian cooking too much time on prepping assembling the ingredients before the actual cooking :(

When making puri you advice to make sure that the oil be very hot so that it doesnt absorb too much oil here you want the oil to not be thar hot to cook it thoroughly but wont in that case it will be too oily as well?
