Oh my goodness, thank you for sharing! I was recently diagnosed as a celiac and had to give up the snack crackers I have always enjoyed and had not found anything to replace them with for my crunchy snacks. Your flavourings sound interesting and I will be giving them a try, but as I watched, I was inspired with different flavour combinations (adding oregano with the tomato powder to make a pizza flavour, cinnamon sugar for a sweet option, a mixture of Mediterranean herbs with some garlic and onion powder, and the ideas keep coming. Have you ever tried baking the rice crackers instead of deep frying? I am going to give it a try and compare it to the fried because it would reduce the calorie count for a healthier option, if it works. I am just so excited to give this a try that ai will be stopping at the store today to pick up some rice flour to try this tonight! Thank you so much! Great. Your rice dhow turns out to a good texture like our Indian Modak for Indian Festival Ganesh Chaturthi, in 2024 next month. As far as tools all these are from our primitive grandmother's times. Even I used the cold drink bottle cap nailed to a stick for a spiral edge.😅
