Excellent video. That immediately cleared up a lot of questions I had about the wiring of these. Thanks.

Another GREAT video! As a side note, if your Miata happens to have a power antenna, the fuse block that goes in by the battery will already be installed. And that defroster light... when I first got my Miata back in '95, I thought it was a low fuel light and ran the tank dry one day trying to discover when it would light up! I was such a newby to Miatas!

Robin Newcomb thanks for sharing. Yeah if you have a power antenna make sure you have both 10 amp fuses in the block. Thanks for watching!

Thank you! I’m buying a NB OEM HARDTOP from a Mazda speed. For my 1992 and I hope mine goes this easy like it did for you! Hope to see more helpful videos!!

Great video man! I have a question... I have a NA we bought recently but it has a NB hardtop (I know that because the defrost plug is different). It's dang near impossible to find a NA hardtop harness without costing a fortune. I found on ebay the NA pigtail. Problem with that is that is has a red/black/purple wire. If I wantes to splice it to the NB hardtop harness, which wires do I connect to each because the NB hardtop harness has 2 black wires and a white wire.

Great video! I have a 93. I think it's an LE? It has Power windows, mirrors, cruise, ABS. The wiring appears to be there but theres no room to install the switch. I haven't checked to see if the defroster pigtail exists in the dash, as it takes the place of the power mirror switch.

GREAT videos! BEST I've seen!! I have a question though on the switch. Part # NA75-55-460 states it is for a 94 to 97. I have a 92. Will this work on mine?

Do you have the part number for the wire harness, for NA , 1st generation miata ?

I am also curious as to why you didnt use the oem part number for the defroster relay. Instead you decided to annotate a multi purpose one?

What is this frost you speak of? How ironic that at least one of those parts came from Tuttle-Click Mazda in Irvine, CA.

I have links and part numbers in the video description. The wiring harness is from a website called "GoMiata", and the part number is N007-67-060A.
