RL has LOTS of retired pros who could cast and give ACTUAL INSIGHTS TO THE GAME! You know, like EVERY SPORT ON TV. They need on caster doing play by play and then a PRO doing analysis. NOT SOME RANDOM PERSONALITY. If this Esport truly wants to be one of the top ones they HAVE to stop allowing this second tier casting. WOW! This was easily the best NA has looked in a LONG time! Little sloppy, but so fast and exciting to watch. Kind of unfortunate how not-hype the casters were during some of the series though. Maybe a bad day at the office? They just didn't seem pumped and excited during half the insane plays that took place or "almost" took place. It was as if they were analyzing/scrutinizing the gameplay so hard that they couldn't get excited when crazy shots and saves happened. The post game casters were more hype AFTER the series than some of the casters DURING the series... like... the heck? This is the most entertaining NA semi-finals I've seen this year, and the casters aren't excited? At least the series made up for it!

Bro i didnt want to write this. I have nothing against the ladies, but it essentially applies to all the casters. From NA in particular. Epic/psyonics, youve gotten rid of all your hype casters. No matter how bad the gameplay, you were sucked in by personality, expert analysis and hype. It didnt feel like a grand final. Herc can be there but stax my brother you cant carry. Stax is the voice so it makes financial sense to keep him on, daz is host of FT so its the same again. Too many blunders to much silly analysis. Too much trippin over words. The gameplay got better this season but everything else got worse. Bring back jorby, correli, spaceman, subie, turtle, achieves or james. (Isnt he already supposed to there?) Any of the above. Its killing the game more than the trading ban did. If you take johnnyboi away from his channel and replaced him, would it still be his channel? The same is said with rocket league. Its not the same without them.

What is Herculyse talking about at 3:29:00 with G2's time outs? She says "I'm surprised we didn't see G2 use their timeout. We saw them use their timeout against SSG quite often". The series JUST happened, and I still remember that they waited until they were on match point in that series to use their timeout as well. You gotta be sure of what you're saying before you say something as a caster. I'm sure other people made similar mistakes in this stream, but that one was baffling since it was such a recent event in the tournament that she just bungled, lol

It wasn't really easy for me to trust Chrome with such a task as taking over Allushin's job(im sorry if i butchered the spelling). After watching GenG in the fall major split 2022 and then seeing the major in Rotterdam back in December 2022 I was just in love with this team. With Noly leaving and FK joining i was also somewhat nervous but i think he fits really well into this team. I think Chrome did a great job, G2 will always be a tough opponent to go up against, GenG got a little too comfortable after game 4 but managed to ice it out being 2-0 down on champions field. This is why I love my team, this is why I love GenG ❤ Huge respect for G2 as well, they make GenG wanna be better, they push eachother forwards in the race towards the next major and finally the World Championship.

It’s been the most difficult 2 teams to pick a #1 from, sometimes stats don’t tell the full story. G2 had their number the first few times they faced, then obviously geng worked hard to figure out to to beat their play style and got the better of them the last 4 times. Both teams had sloppiness and although geng have worked hard to beat g2, they’ve also lost to a couple of teams that a #1 team shouldn’t. Watching the finals showed nothing other than either team could’ve won that series, geng just had the ice in their veins today. Very difficult to say who’s number 1 still, both their games are elevating. For now I’d say it’s just about who’s got the most split points haha but we know how easy that can change. I like the battle between these 2.

All the Kiwi and Herc haters need to stop... and consider whether they have an issue with hearing women/feemes cast (e)sports. It could be they're style and even if their voices were deeper, etc. folks would still be in their feelings. It could be change! I'm neurodivergent af and don't like unplanned change, i get that. Still. Anyone who has a problem with them ought to at least CONSIDER whether sexism is rearing it's ugly head. Obviously they are newer and make a few lil mistakes, but it's not really mirebthan some if the seasoned cast. Imo, Herc's wit and banter is a step above Stax's, but maybe that's just me.

Bro you can tell half of you all complaining about the casting are chronically online. These casters are fine. I personally don't want ANALYSTS casting (hmm maybe they should be separated, like they already are) being analysts tend to give way too much of their opinions. Casting is supposed to just be speaking what is happening in the game. Like every other sport. There's a reason the analysts before and after the game have their own shows/segments. @@utm0st football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, any type of motorsport. The list goes on. Those sports also have sections for analysis but that's typically between innings, during time outs etc. Clearly you don't watch anything but meme casters for esports
