If you open your skill window, at the bottom right corner, there is a note button next to macro. If you click on it, it'll open a window where you can put skills there to show cool downs when they are up.

song of heaven + trifling wind + storm bringer for bossing, fairy spiral + monsoon + pinpoint if you have the node slot to wear all 4 for mobbing, if not fairy spiral + trifling + storm bringer for mobbing
