She’s depressed, miserable, pregnant, begging him to love her and to acknowledge her emotions - all at thirteen years old. From the research I’ve done on this case, Na’Ziyah’s family and every single adult failed this adorable and beautiful little girl. No one prioritized her safety, her well-being, or her - as a person. I’m just… at a loss for words hearing all of this testimony. I just pray that her soul is finding resting peacefully.

Two things can happen in the world at the same time. I'm confused as to why this courtroom would be called "ghetto " because the staff was laughing during a recess. Every person conducted their self professionally during the hearing. The time to unwind IS during breaks.
