Naan bread recipe, Indian garlic Naan bread recipe, NO knead, in less than 5 minutes

Indian Naan bread recipe, light and airy textured pita, a healthy fusion of sour-dough starter, yogurt and milk with crushed garlic and fresh coriander. The perfect snack any time with anything. A NO bake recipe, it’s all done in a non stick pan on the stove, with a minimum kneading required, under less than 10 minutes.
The ingredients for our recipe are:
500 gr of sour-dough starter (thick in texture)
100 gr of Greek yogurt
10 garlic cloves, crushed
30 ml of olive oil
30 ml of milk
30 gr of salt
30 gr of sweet paprika
30 gr fresh coriander, chopped
In a bowl we mix our ingredient well, so to have a pan-cake batter texture., then onto our hot non stick pan, on medium meat, with the lid covered, we sprinkle some olive oil, some crushed garlic and coriander, pour on top the batter and we heat/bake for 1-2 minutes, then turn on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
