Similar to seating arrangement, if we have 4 members and 4 seats, then we go like 4×3×2×1 to get the number of ways in which they can be arranged.The above one is without repetition. If with repetition you will go as 4*4*4*4 Here 4 question with 5 options(and each question have same number of options, so treat it as repetition) 5×5×5×5
