Oh my gosh, so so so gooooood. I love ❤ the traditional cooking mainly in the terracotta pots are divine in taste with fresh herbs & I love ❤ spices, with that naan l would like very much to taste that with a fresh fish 🐠 curry 🥘 miam miam. Hopefully one day l can come to Sri Lanka & taste your food ❤❤❤

Wow! Precision slicing, true village cooking skills. Wonderful to watch this lovely lady cooking on this "wood stove". .... after cooking for two logs and chick peas need more cooking, add 2 more logs and bring to boil again and allow to simmer gently until logs have burnt away. Dear lady, the recipe is amazing 👏 I love chickpeas very much, it is good and healthy, in fact it is protein. One good advice for you, please, do not put salt in the cooking chickpeas, not in the beginning, because it's make the chickpeas very hard, so, my advice is to put salt almost in the end of the cooking.
