the might of Udayashankar's pen.......these lyricists can if they wish end each line of the song with the same word...........in this case all line ending with GAAGI. the pen can also be used to convey a strong message. 1) for example the Sivaji Ganesan movie in 1975 "avanthan manithan" was supposed to be released in May 1975. When the Music Director kept telling the lyricist (Kannadasan in this case) " hurry up we need to release by May, we need to release by May"...this irked Kannadasan...........the result....one of the songs he wrote....all lines ended with the word "May" 2)like this a few other stories, where lyricists just convey a message through their song. most of you will know the Kishore kumar song from the 1962 movie Rangoli. In those days, music directors were supposed to recommend lyricists to write to their tunes and stick to those lyricists for all movies. However once Shankar Jaikishan did not use Shailendra and used someone else. Later Shailendra wrote a song "this world is small, our paths will cross again"
