Not necessarily. Angels travel through different universes with different laws so it is not necessarily the case that angels are made of light from our universe.

Quran says wherever you face you will find Allah .means Allah is everywhere. نحن اقرب الیہ من حبل الورید۔ Plz don't take Allah Almighty in literal sense. Islam is the religion of wisdom not nonsense.. Maraj of Nabi was a symbolic event .it was a spiritual journey not physical. Allah himself is not physical. How a physical body can move literally towards a spiritual being .how a body can move physically to a being Who is everywhere.Allah was with his Prophet during that meraj. Allah says He took his servant on the journey. ( Al Quran) Hazrat Ayesha RA said that during the night of Meraj the body of Prophet SAW did not leave his bed literally and physically. And prayer comes out of heart. Tongue is not required. One can call Allah even if he has no tongue .so plz don't mix up the things.
