I happened to audition this C3050 recently. The VU meters are more like toys, not done properly. They just dance around, too sensitive. The lights are like car headlamps too bright, can't be switched off, the other LEDs are cheap lights hardly dimmed but can be switched off, volume control is not linear. NAD learn from Yamaha AS series as there 701, 801, 2200 are around your system, how lighting is done. The SQ is very clean, but to me, sounds digital, not AB like amplifier. The only reason to buy this amp is if you like BluOS want room correction, etc, I ended up getting the Yamaha 801 for SQ and beautiful remote, metalic.. Had this amplifier had VU lights switchable on off, I may have considered given the price, they are just too too bright for night listening. Other LEDs are comical, not elegant like Yamas.
