The after sale service is very poor. I am using okinswa lite since last one year. There was sevaral issue I faced with scooter. i am waiting for 2 parts since last 6 months. Nobody taking serious action about this. The dealer mlnamed metwell no bother about customers. Even I called customer care. But issue not solved yet. I dont know whome to contact now.

we purchase okhi 90 before 02 months .its jumper system so many hard due to that .stering bearing broken.in second time in two months balls of stering are broken.last 15 days my vehicle in your work shop no any proper person who can give proper answer.all person try to blame other person.in brand new vehicle this type of error are not possible.side signal wire are not installed by company at the time of delivery.after two month no side signal work.jumper system so many hard sufficient to .back pain .stering have so many vibretion to give perkinsons to hand. when battery half pickup performance are half in ecco mode its not run smoothly. battery complet empty no dicky open . break oil leakage once in two month. after all we have not required your kabad vehiacale you take back your kabad returne.we have not req its useless vehicle .only 100 to 105 k.m runs only .company claim 160 k.m per charge .nevar received more then 105 in ecco mode.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
