Nadia Nadim, a Danish footballer with 98 international appearances to her name, has become a doctor after five years of studying whilst playing football. Nadim fled from Afghanistan as a child.

Follow your dreams follow your dreams, better to follow your Deen first. Of course only Allah swt knows anyone's true intentions, but still should be manifested in one's actions as well. Instead of praising her for becoming a Dr, better to remind her nicely about her obligations to religion in that she can better excel in sports and medicine (as many muslimahs have done) with the abundant blessings of Allah if she covers herself and wear the hijab
