As per Hindu the Report says "Nadigar Sangam Trust have leased the property in habibullah road to Radha Ravi for 99 yrs and Radha Ravi in turn leased it to Sarath Kumar for 99 yrs and Sarath have leased it to SPI Cinemas for 29 yrs and 11 months" , Court verdict clearly calls it as a discrepancy , as radha ravi and Sarath have tried to convert public property in to virtually their own property in the name of lease agreement mutually exchanged btw themselves , therefore Nadigar Sangam land now belongs to Sarath Kumar for 99 yrs lease and it virtually had become his personal property !

First and foremost, Radha Ravi and Sarath Kumar without the approval of the Trust Members ( other 7 members), the Executive Committee, the General Body have handed over and signed an agreement for several years with SPI Cinemas which is ultra vires and the court has declared the agreement as null and void. NExt there is a criminal breach of trust by those two as they have violated and misused their positions in the trust and the nadigar sangam. NExt in the last 12-15 years there has been no insurance, health scheme, education loan or scholarship assistance, and other benefits to the aged, old, sick actors and artistes be it in the film world or theatre . NExt there has been no EC meetings which is mandatory to be held ever 3 months and there is no circulars, bulletins which is to be sent to all members , There is no data base of addressess, phone numbers of all the its registered members, there is no data on those whose membership has expired. there is no data base on the old, new members and the list of registered voters is not made public. There is no museum of photographs , rewards, trophies of old movies, legends and there is no tie up with people like FIlm News Anandan who is a walking and living film encylopaedia himself there is no quality work done by the team which has ruined itself and the sangam. When in all these years Sarath and Ravi have openly chided and requested the younger artistes to take up responsibility in the nadigar sangam why are they shy of quitting ?? Have they taken any commission ?? if not why are they afraid to face elections. Why are they using chamchas like THanu to speak ill and false about Vishal ?? all these defamation cases will never stand the tests of law ?? who are they trying to threaten when the DEFEAT IS AT THEIR DOORSTEPS ?? THEIR GAME IS OVER ?? THAT IS WHY LEGENDS LIKE SSR FAMILY , KAMAL, RAJINI AND OTHERS HAVE OPENLY STOOD BEHIND VISHAL ; RADHA RAVI MUST BE THROWN OUT AS HE HAS SPOKEN ILL ABOUT SHIVAJI GANESAN THE FATHER OF SOUTH INDIAN CINEMA WHOSE ACTING PROWESS IS UNMATCHED FOR SEVERAL CENTURIES TILL DATE; Sarath did not have the time, courage, guts to do any thin for Shivaji Memorial which is why Amma has allocated a small portion of land and has promised to build a memorial at government expense. shame on Sarath and Team
