Great points about the role of nature in our lives. ❤ Having trees and plants around us is a necessity for better functioning and wellness. Being in nature, listening to birds chirping, watching plants and flowers bloom can be a major source of joy. Nature has so many colors (changing throughout the year), calming sounds (e.g. a sound of stream) and scents that have healing properties. Looking at a green color can help relax the eyes. Gardening, hiking, horseback riding, and golfing can be so beneficial, so is visiting national and state parks. Nature can be a major source of inspiration, e.g. for poetry and paintings, even music. I would say countless benefits 😊 Thank you for this great conversation 🙏

Nadina, it's so great to hear you speak so passionately about Nature in our Cities, people may think it's an insurmountable task but really there's unlimited potential for improvement. #neuronicparks - connecting green and blue ways for better societal health and city design.

I have the book on Audible, and would love to hear more from the guest. This host seems to need to hone skills as an interviewer.

Another apparently compulsory “vey excited”. It’s so like that US ‘shortcoming’ of having expected phrases that get So Old, So Fast. In my life experience, it kicked of with that “have a nice day”. Decades later, Everything was AWESOME . . . . I’ve been in US multiple times, working for US company for close to 40 years. OK, in UK, we do have multiple ways to say most things, so guess uk exposed to that contrast of which I speak! [edited typo]
