Vermicelli Cake/Sawine Cake/Easy Step by Step recipe

Very popular in the Caribbean. Enjoyed mostly on Religious functions and occasions. Can be enjoyed as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients needed:
1 pk (10 oz ) Vermicelli noodles
2 cans carnation milk
2/3 cup condensed milk
1 cup whole milk
1and 1/2 cup water ( can use up to 2 cups)
4 TBS butter
1 cinnamon stick
3 cardamom pods
6 cloves
1 TBS vanilla essence
1/3 cup chopped cherries
addition cherries for garnish
1/3 cup rasins
