Your vlog is very informative. But you have just given one side of the picture. You have just shown the positive side. Everybody cant jump into stock market. A thorough knowledge of this business is required. People lost their lifetime savings in stock market. They have become totally bankrupt and come on the footpaths! Brookers are the actual gainers because they're getting their commission whether investor is gaining or losing. I have just bumped into your this vlog which is no doubt very informative but as i mentioned it is only one side of the picture. Real estate investment is easy and mostly gainful. I have personal bad experience of stock market for the last over 30 years. I tried 4 times and always suffered losses. On the other had i bought plots in DHA lhr phase 3 & 4 about same time. Purchase price was 3.5 lacs per kanal or so. Today the prices are above 4 crores per kanal. So thats why it's not everyone job to invest in stock exchange. Either one should get an excellent broker or have a complete grip over this business otherwise he is going to suffer losses. Once again i would say your vlog is informative and interesting!

Probably none , because we have a habit of poking around (chul) in our minds all the time. One of my relatives had a court case on his plot case prolonged for 25 years and finally he won the case. After 25 yes he sold the plot for 25 corors. He literally thanked the other party for filing a case. Otherwise he would have sold it long time ago and never made that money.

Aoa brother, we are calculating for some selected companies where we know they have given tremendous returns. There are dozens which destroyed many investors. Similarly there are examples of property with huge profits. One marla in my town in pindi was for Rs. 8k in 2002 and now its for 15 Lac, you can do the maths. One thing important is the good asset, at good price and demand / location, stock or property, otherwise loss is for sure. Tell us how to select a company or asset which will perform in future and why ? Thanks
