market competition doesn't work like that bro , guarding locals from competition is the worst thing you will do , by market competition strategy ,you get good quality, pricing , more the players better the hoard from businessman to improve quality and lower their prices to gain market hold , you can guard your local entrepreneur from harsh competition but when they'll go to other states or even international they wouldn't be able to compete with other players ,.

...yes, i do agree with EDTC Chairman that East Dimapur is one of the best area for expansion & development. I'm from E/Dimapur and we lack nothing when it comes to market.....almost everything is available here from housing materials like starting from sand to bricks to all other essentials parts. Infact, such things are also taken to cities/towns/vills of other districts all over Nagaland. And the thing which I'm sure of is, there are enough spaces for the expansions and development of our area.👍👍👍..
